As part of the two-day international conference an exhibition will be held to provide an opportunity to local governments, social enterprises and to organisations that provide services to local governments to share their experience and best practices in the various topic areas as well as to present services offered to municipalities. The aim of the exhibition is to give the opportunity to speakers, exhibitors and participants at the event to participate in informal consultations and networking within the framework of informal conversations.
The exhibitors can present their achievements in their respective fields of expertise. Furthermore, the organisers, if required, create the opportunity to the participants to taste the products of the exhibitors and the local cuisine. Products and local dishes cannot be sold at the conference. Emphasising the international character of the conference, the exhibitors are kindly asked to also have English-language brochures at the event, if available.
The exhibition will take place in parallel with the event. The event venue provides two tables per exhibitor (the sizes of the tables: 140×75 cm).
Participation at the conference as an exhibitor is free of charge, but subject to prior registration. During the two-day event, the exhibitors will also receive one hot meal a day as well as biscuits and sandwiches during the coffee breaks, but the organizers will not be able to provide accommodation. Furthermore, exhibitors also have the choice to participate at only one of the two days of the conference. Applicants are kindly requested to indicate their intention to participate (either on both days, or just one of them) on the registration page.
