Dr. Dombovári, Ella associate professor at Óbuda University. She received her PhD in economics in 1998 at the Hungarian Academy of Sciences. Her research area is management and organizational culture. She has attended ESG’s course (École Supérieur de Gestion) in Paris and received a leadership advisor qualification.
She teaches mostly management and leadership courses, as well as organizational development. She used to teach management courses at the predecessor of Corvinus University to employees of local governments as well.
While working at DHV Hungary Kft. she took part in the planning of several county and micro-regional development programs as advisor and project manager.
She worked as an expert in the Economic Committee of the Hungarian Rectors’ Conference to work out the topic of „Outcome-oriented qualification requirements of higher education in economic studies”.
She currently works at the Ministry of Interior’s Office for Co-ordination of Municipal Affairs as a development expert.
